Guests search for Christchurch and Mudeford far more than Stanpit, so the title can name the harbour or Mudeford, while the description says exactly where the house is: Stanpit, on Christchurch Harbour, beside Stanpit Marsh, about a mile from Mudeford Quay. Honest distances avoid disappointed guests who expected to be on the Quay.
Is Stanpit too quiet for Airbnb outside the summer?
Quieter, not empty. Stanpit Marsh is a well-known birdwatching reserve on the harbour, and birdwatchers book in spring and autumn migration and through the winter. Walkers and couples on short breaks follow. We shorten minimum stays out of season so two and three-night bookings fill the gaps between longer summer stays.
Should I allow dogs in my Stanpit Airbnb?
