This page lists everything seabreezelettings.com stores on your device and why. Analytics storage is used only if you allow it in the banner. The only thing stored without your consent is your answer to the banner itself, and, for staff, the sign-in cookie. If you say no, nothing about how the site works changes.
What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser and reads back on later requests. Local storage and session storage do a similar job: local storage stays until it is cleared, and session storage is deleted when you close the tab. The law treats all three in the same way, so this page covers all of them.

How our analytics work without storage
The site keeps its own first-party log of page views, clicks, scroll depth and time on page. Without your consent it stores nothing on your device: visits are counted with an anonymous identifier made on our server from a one-way hash of the IP address and browser type, and that identifier changes every day.
If you decline
Declining changes nothing about how the site works. Every page, the income calculator, the guides, the checklists and the forms behave in exactly the same way. If you had allowed analytics before, declining deletes the sb_v cookie and the session storage above.
How to change your choice
- Use the Cookie settings button in the footer of any page to see the banner again and choose differently.
- Or clear the site data for seabreezelettings.com in your browser's privacy settings. The banner appears again on your next visit.
