How accessible seabreezelettings.com is, where it falls short, and how to tell us about a problem or ask for information in another format.

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement explains what the site does, where it does not yet meet that standard and how to tell us about a problem.

This website is run by Sea Breeze Property Services, a trading name of Flexie Estate Agents Ltd (company number 12267313, registered in England and Wales, registered office 557 Charminster Road, Bournemouth, BH8 9RF).

What the site does

  • Keyboard navigation. Every link, button, form and menu can be used with a keyboard alone.
  • Visible focus. The element you are on is clearly outlined as you move through a page.
  • Text alternatives. Images that carry information have a text description. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Captions. Where we publish video, it has captions.
  • Contrast. Text and controls are designed to meet the WCAG contrast ratios.
  • Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off animation.
  • Small screens and zoom. Pages work on screens 320 pixels wide and at 200% zoom without losing content or needing to scroll sideways.
  • No time limits. Nothing on the site times out, including the forms and the income calculator.
  • Structure. Pages use headings, lists and landmarks so that assistive technology can move through them.

Known limitations

We know some parts of the site may not fully meet the standard:

  • Third-party content. Booking platforms we link to, such as flexiestays.com, Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, and embedded maps are run by other organisations. They may not meet WCAG 2.2 AA, and we cannot fix them.
  • Downloads. Some PDFs and other downloads may not be fully accessible to screen readers. If you need one in another format, ask us.

When we find a problem on our own pages, we fix it.

Reporting a problem or asking for another format

If you find something on the site you cannot use, or you need information in another format such as large print, plain text or an audio description, contact us:

Tell us the page address and what the problem is. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

If you need accessibility information about a property we manage, such as steps, door widths or the bathroom layout, ask us. Our anti-discrimination policy explains how we handle requests for adjustments. If you are not happy with our reply, you can use our complaints procedure.
